During the song, several muscle-bound men boom “Paris for President” over an electro-beat while Paris sings lyrics such as: “Your commander in bikini”. This is the latest in a series of videos Paris has made to back her spoof campaign. The first – which was made in response to 71-year-old Republican presidential candidate John McCain using her image without permission in a TV campaign blasting his Democratic rival Barack Obama – saw Paris promising to paint the White House pink and appoint ‘Umbrella’ singer Rihanna as Vice President. Speaking about McCain in the spoof, she joked: “He is the oldest celebrity in the world… like super-old, old enough to remember when dancing was a sin and beer was served in a bucket…. but is he ready to lead?”
